This afternoon we had the opportunity to have the pleasure of listening to Christopher Herz, Christopher comes from New York and he said that he would change living from Where he is to where we are any day. I learnt a lot from him actually, not just to believe in yourself but you can have any idea you want and any characters you want. Christopher then went onto say that he writes his ideas down on objects such as napkins, his hands, his computer and his notebooks also he uses walls and type writers to write down his ideas.
It was really Special for our school to have this man Skype us and tell us about himself, it was special because we don’t usually have things like that
We found out the books he has written and he showed them to us.
We talked to him non stop for a whole period and it was a really good experience.
When he has his characters in his books he pretends he is that character and puts himself in their shoes. He mentioned that he loves speaking to young people about the things he loves ( writing stories). overall it was a great experience and also he was talking in our yesterday while we were talking today.
